WARM is a data-driven music tech utilizing audio fingerprint technology to revolutionize music airplay monitoring from +25.000 radio stations in real-time.

In this project, World Airplay Radio Monitor, the goal was to design and implement a communication strategy and creative direction for a tech-based music data platform. With a special focus on driving actionable commercial conversions targeting B2B and D2C audiences. I played a key role in shaping the communication strategy, creative direction, and commercial approach. WARM enables real-time monitoring and tracking of music airplay across global radio stations, providing invaluable insights for music professionals, from independent artists to major labels.

Strategic Communication with a Commercial Conversion Focus

WARM is the first large-scale airplay monitoring service that delivers transparency to the music industry by tracking radio plays in real-time on a global scale. With WARM, artists, managers, and labels gain data on where and when their music is played, empowering them with crucial insights that can guide tour planning, marketing, and royalty collection efforts.

Crafted from a commercial conversion focus: My objective was to design a cohesive communication strategy that reflected WARM's innovative service. The messaging was crafted to highlight WARM's ability to offer actionable insights, crucial for both B2B clients like music labels and D2C customers such as independent artists. The commercial approach was geared towards converting platform visitors into active users. This included: Customizing outreach for two main segments: industry professionals (B2B) and individual musicians (D2C). Optimizing the user journey on the WARM website to guide potential clients from discovery to purchase. Leveraging targeted advertising and data-driven campaigns, maximizing the platform's ability to attract high-value users through efficient conversion funnels.

Creative Direction, Asset Production & Execution

The art direction was modern, with a clear focus on data transparency and simplicity in communicating complex information, ensuring the platform's features were easily understandable. Integrating conversion-driven design elements across all digital assets. Implemented analytical tools to measure engagement and optimize content, ensuring that both business partners and end users could easily navigate and benefit from the service. Led the production of online assets, from web visuals to promotional content, ensuring a seamless brand experience across platforms. Overseeing the execution of the entire creative process, from art direction to commercial strategy, delivering cohesive and results-driven campaigns.
